  St. Raymonds has been the church my family and I have attended for as long as I can remember. Not only is it a beautiful church, but the staff there are awesome! Deacon John Lorbach met with my husband and I quite a few times throughout the planning process and we always enjoyed the time spent with him. He had us laughing, talking, and sharing our story with him. He picked the PERFECT scripture to read for the Gospel and the Homily that followed is one I will never forget. He truly helped the ceremony have a personal touch. As for the vocals, it was so difficult to choose! Every. Single. Voice. Sounded AMAZING! You cannot go wrong with any of St. Raymond’s cantors. Each lady is incredibly talented. Olivia is the vocalist we decided on (she had done an amazing job at my younger sister’s baptism). She has a seamless, genuine voice. Hard to describe, but I was ever so thankful for her talent on our special day. As for the wedding coordinator, Erin was a rockstar! She helped us from point A to point B and had everything run so smooth! She set up everything that was dropped off from the rehearsal dinner and had wonderful suggestions for what would flow best. She is talented, and one of the nicest people you will get to work with. As for the church itself, can you say gorgeous stain glass windows?! They are breathtaking. The balcony also provides a wonderful option for a different angle for pictures. If you are in the Chicagoland area and are looking for a wonderful staff to work with at a Catholic church with a beautiful space, St. Raymonds is where you should look! I cannot thank them enough for the time and effort everyone put in. You all helped our special day just that much more perfect!
